If you’re on track during qualifying there should be a minimum speed to reduce the risk of this kind of thing. I don’t think he should be penalized cause this is a race procedure issue with everyone hanging back to get the best flying lap, however it is a live track and you should expect cars to be at speed, that’s one of the first things you get taught at the racetrack.

Out lap shenanigans are so funny. The TSU/MSC thing was particularly funny since it wasn't around a corner and MSC didn't really change what he was doing.
Max/NOR is a weird one. 60/40 Max's fault...no penalty is the right call, but it would've made the race more interesting.

Yeah would have loved a 10 place grid penalty. Would have kept Max from lead for a few laps anyway.
It could be a great race behind him though!

I couldn't hear the commentary as the wife was sleeping so didn't know they were both on out laps. I thought Lando was on a flying lap.
No penalty makes sense.
