Just got back from it. I'm with Photon. It's a wonderfully good adaptation of the source material. I loved it. I'd personally have changed a tiny things here and there, but overall, I'm not in charge, and they made a great movie.

What I found particularly noteworthy is that in the entire 2.5 hrs of the movie, not ONCE did I see some putz with their phone out, nor did I see any of the 'phone glow' from someone "just checking something fast". I was also impressed with there being almost no side-conversations with yapping teens. There are several points in the movie where it's completely silent...and in our theatre, you could have heard a pin drop.

The guy beside me seemed to be narrating it to someone. He was alone and a capital n nerd so not to bad.

I had to look away withe spinning because i was getting dizzy from that.

Yeah, our whole theatre was captivated. It was pretty cool. The movie feels like it’s from a time and place outside of our own. Which I suppose is the point of sci-fi, but they really nailed it. I think this will age well. The longer I ruminate on it, the more I like it.

It’s just a fun time at the movies
