I loved both Fraser and Cheers. I hate when my list of actors I won’t watch anymore grows, singers too.
I get it, but on the other hand it's pretty limiting to only permit yourself to enjoy artists if you align politically with them. If you like Fraser (I don't get how, but that's not important) then watch the show. No point whatsoever in depriving yourself of something you enjoy just because he's a republican.

There's a spectrum between Mitt Romney and Theo Fleury, and somewhere in the middle of that as it approaches Fleury my ability to enjoy anything made/done by a person goes to zero.

I don’t hate Republicans; I hate crazy-ass extreme MAGA Republicans.

seems crazy to me to care? like where do you draw the line? Bethovan was almost certainly a bigot by our standards.

I'm kinda tired of keeping up. Old, rich, white thespian supports Trump? I'll need to take a day or two to process it.
In the meantime, my personal standard is that as long as they aren't outwardly spouting dangerous misinformation, Q nonsense, or generating hate they are free to fill their boots.
There's a big difference between the Kirstie Alleys and Rob Schneiders compared to the Kelsey Grammars and Bobby Orrs. Stone Cold Steve Austin appears to be pretty invested in Republican hogwash, but he's not making it his brand and has always been entertaining as hell.

Using Kelsey Grammer in the same sentence as Rob Schneider is great, but you shouldn't be contrasting them.
Has Grammar been spreading false information, Q-anon conspiracies, and anti-vax and anti-trans rhetoric, too?
I'm not thrilled he's supporting a known scumbag and my opinion of anyone drops significantly when they do, but I'm not going to completely write him off for it. The dude has been through a ton of tragedy in his life, but it doesn't seem like he's turning around to weaponize those experiences in the same way, as say, a Theo Fleury.
And where Schneider is an idiotic hanger-on, Grammer actually has measurable talent.
I know your comment is fully tongue-in-cheek, but I've started stepping back to take in a broader perspective on these things. Dave Chappelle made the rounds in the last few days for posing in a photo with Boebert and her crew - which she then posted with some terribly typical ant-trans commentary without Chappelle's knowledge - but the actual story behind it was pretty benign.

Odd to bring up Kelsey Grammar, as if it's not well known he's been a staunch conservative for years. Pretty sure he had some big thing a few years ago about how hard it is for conservatives in Hollywood.
