Hm I'm not as enthusiastic about it as I'd thought I'd be...

It's tough to get those smooth surfaces but I'll probably still get this.

Geordi's figure looks like the screen test.

The mini-figs though are gold.

Maybe the pictures don't do it justice? I'll probably still splurge and get it. I've always preferred Star Trek's designs vs. Star Wars.

I'm most excited for if they ever release the Romulan Warbird. As a kid, I always thought they were the coolest looking.

That and if they ever release a giant Borg ship. That would be epic.

I think a Borg ship is inevitable. Including some Borg minifigs. And then we could also get Locutus of Borg.

I am already drawing up plans to change a room in the basement to a Star Trek-themed Lego room.

Yeah, I'm not that impressed, either. I was hoping for a much bigger piece count, too.

Does it have any interactive features? A bridge? Transporter room? Med bay? bar? It's just a model that the figures stand outside of? Pretty lame.

Honestly, the transport shuttle looks like the most fun thing about it. The playmobil version may have been better. They really nailed the aesthetic:

Borg ship is like two grey 2x2 bricks put together.

I mean, you have to buy enough sets that you can do Wolf 359 as your Zoom meeting backdrop right?

RIGHT?!?!

I’m not gonna say I hate it but I’m not impressed at all. I already have too much Lego and I thought an enterprise D might get me to buy another set even though I have no room to put it but I am overwhelmingly disappointed. Dare I say it’s downright ugly.
