finally watched the whole Jubilee thing with Mehdi Hasan (I had only seen some of the viral snippets with Fascist Boy). As infuriating the things were that were said, it's pretty clear that Jubilee deliberately chooses the most unhinged people for this in order to generate clicks and viral moments. I mean, they had the same blonde girl in there that went viral when Sam Seder was on, and this time, she wasn't even in the top 5 of the most lunatic guests. It's also clear that the guests use this to have their 15 minutes within the far right bubble. They have proudly shared the clips of their own destruction to the tune of "OMG look how we owned the libtard". Mehdi's interview with The Bulwark was also interesting, as he insinuated that there was even more unhinged stuff and Jubilee cut some of it.
It's a shame because I think the format in itself can be interesting and there were several good episodes in the past. But the more extreme guests you pick, the more you water the format down until you there is no more meaningful discourse and all you have left is cheap clickbait.

I've been an on/(mostly) off fan over the years, but with that wild lucrative contract Matt and Trey just got (which is WTF in itself), it's going to be nothing but good times on that show. How often do you see any TV show get a boost in funding and viewership like that almost 30 years into their run?
It will be absolutely epic if Trump focuses his time and effort and somehow gets a stroke based on what happens on f'ing South Park.

It's nice to see that their episode commitment is going up a bit with the new contract from 6 to 10 but I still wish they were putting out a few more episodes every year.

This happened here in North Palm Beach. The kid secretly recorded it and refused to delete the video.

I don't think he's made any of those threats in a while. His latest comments were just that they "haven't had any luck" when it comes to negotiating a trade deal with Canada.
Granted I don't really pay attention to him much anymore, other than when it comes to trade/tariffs that directly effect Canada. Pretty much anything else that spews out of his stupid pie hole isn't worth listening to, including the annexation nonsense.
