I grew up having a black lab in the family. One summer evening the family dog came into the backyard with an unopened bottled beer in his mouth. Found out later that the guy across the street was having a BBQ for his family. Word was our dog stuck his mouth in one of the coolers and snatched a cold beer

We still never did find out what happened to 'licence plate guy'.

Remember that thread? Showed up maybe a few months after this one. Guy loses his licence plate, everyone makes extension cord jokes.

Guy finds his licence plate sitting in a window of an apartment building near his house. Asks CP for advice, people tell him to ask the guy about it, maybe he's just being a good neighbour and has it on display for whomever lost it.

And we never see the poster again...

OK, so I found the rest of the website.(not just that one link with the fuzzy guy) guess he's some kind of messed up artist, who apparantly does massive amounts of drugs judging by the rest of the pictures. The fuzzy guy is just one of his weird characters by the look. Of course I could be way off on this, strangeness masquerading as "brilliance" has always eluded me.
