I think Parekh, Suniev, and Hunt are the only ones eligible. Am I missing any?

Glad Wolf is on our team. Makes me proud to see him signing autographs after a sad ending to the season

But man, it's such a letdown to be eliminated from the playoffs on a night when you win.

By the way, I think these players showed that they deserved the faith Conroy showed by not trading anyone away at the deadline. This experience will be incredibly valuable for the young guys on the team. It's like rehearsing for the playoffs by playing a whole series of game 7's.
Or if Vancouver or Anaheim could hold an F-ing late game lead.

From what I've heard, Suniev is not eligible to play for the Wranglers this season because he already signed an ELC with the Flames. He can play for the Wranglers next season.
Hunt and Parekh are eligible to play for the Wranglers right now.
King and Sergeev have recently been signed to NHL contracts for next season, but I believe that they might be able to sign ATOs with the Wranglers for their play-offs.

Thanks!
I forgot that Klapka was technically on the Wranglers roster at the NHL TDL.
So, I feel that the Flames should send Hunt and Klapka down to the Wranglers for their play-offs, sit Pachael, and play Parekh in the last regular season NHL game.

And then send Parekh to the Wranglers for the playoffs

I'm proud of the boys for never giving up. They fought till the end despite everyone saying they'd be a bottom feeder. Now I hope that the Jackets can sneak in

Disappointed, but really proud of the way the guys played this year. Picked to finish last overall by some media types before the year, ended up playing meaningful games right to the end. Very well done!. Hopefully they go out on Thursday and get Wolf his 30th win.

I am not understanding.
If Parekh is still ineligable to play for wranglers next year ( CHL or NHL only) how is he eligable to join AHL for playoffs this season?

No, not while Backs has the C.

This isn’t Toronto

Love his comments though

Take your pick.

Truly unbelievable they were kept out, tbh. That in itself was an act of hockey god-dom given the list above and how the difference is likely going end up being 1 single point.

Most epic team to not qualify for playoffs. Im blown away by their resolve and compete against all odds.

They took the "no you can't" narrative and pushed back as far as a tag tag team of reclamation projects and waiver wire pickups cobbled together possibly could. Battled the balrog to the belly of the underworld and the highest peak. And in the end, only divine luck could deny them. Everything else within their control they ####ing slayed and defeated. Kings.

Heart and identity are back in Calgary, if nothing else.

I am guessing but I think it is because he will not be 20 years old next season, and his junior team is currently eliminated.
