The guy is a full on loser.

That was such a tough watch. Heads should roll and even that won’t be enough IMO.

Absolutely disgusting. I’m shaking with anger at how this was handled. Every single person who turned a blind eye or ignored this, needs to face ramifications.

Kyle Beach is a hero for stepping out in public.

#### the NHLPA. What is your purpose? It is not just to get to the table every few years for a lockout or to just look out for your veterans. Things like this should be the number 1 priority.

I didn't think anything of it. But, learning that it was him and with those articles fresh in my mind, and hearing his stories, I can't help wonder if there's just something wrong with everything. The way hockey players are covered in the media, the way we talk about them as fans. We don't treat them like people. This was a kid who was a victim of sexual assault, and people were talking about him like he was disposable garbage.

I don't know what my point is, other than the fact that I feel upset about it, and it's just another thing Beach had to face quietly, and how awful that must have been.

Sports in general creates a rather toxic atmosphere imo, which I don't follow them all that much anymore. The team mentality, the sacrifice everything for the team, they way fans treat the fans of other teams, the way it's all called just for fun, when in reality, there's a lot of situations that are not fun at all.

The only way the nhl or any of the organizations involved do anything is if it hurts their bottom line. Sponsors need to start cancelling, putting pressure on them. Otherwise this will be quickly forgotten and people will move on.

As an aside, wtf is up with Michigan state? First the USA gymnastics guy and now this #######? Do they have an MO to hire creeps or what?

Also, NHL better test these Hawk players that are in "Covid protocol" because this seems like convenient timing.

I was actually cutting onions while watching this.

But it wasn’t the onions that made me tear up that’s for sure.
What a brave man

Speaking of toxicity, this kind of makes me hate anyone who works for, cheers for or has anything to do with the Chicago blackhawks. What a complete disgrace of an organization. Then and now.

Very brave of him to come forward. You got the impression that from Bettmans response after the report using "if any" talking about actions. That nothing was going to be done.

After this interview hard to see how heads won't roll.

I was in the same boat. Definitely hits you in the emotional bone, but honestly worth the watch.

Such a brave human being.

Still teary eyed every time I think about this. This is not acceptable.

Just announced that Toews has been cleared and is warming up now. Disgusting showing by him.

I'm sure the black hawks will go a head with some symbolic gesture like special jerseys rather than take restorative action.

Disgusting.

I am completely on board with this, on top of it though, I think every player either retired or gone or with another team or with the Hawks needs to be investigated and suspended during that investigation.

Yes, he has accomplished a lot by coming forward. He now has put tremendous pressure on the NHL.

That was absolutely heartbreaking. I don’t know how that guy could be so strong to do something like that on national TV after all he’s been through. I just hope he can get through the rest of his life where people don’t treat him like a liar or an inconvenience, I don’t know what I’m trying to say, just want the guy to be heard

It’s definitely not an easy watch but it was necessary. It was sad seeing him break down and apologize to a victim he shouldn’t have to.

The fact that Quenneville is behind an NHL bench tonight is appaling.
