Agreed, I think PIT gave up way to much for Zucker.
He's pretty good but not a game breaker, what this trade did for me was show just how bad some of the return's have looked when people talk about a Johnny trade.

Interesting if true.

I never understand how people jump from rumour to truth so easily and use it make conclusions. Unclear what the exact deal was, unclear exactly why it fell apart. We will never know either for certain.

IF what you are saying is true then it is probably a great thing to miss out on the salary. A good rookie for ELC can replace the 20 goals Zucker scores, so a great call by Ken King. Why spend $5M on an average winger?
