Yup. Exactly the kind of game that you acquire guys like him for.
Having said that, the Flames have come a long way since facing Anaheim in the playoffs 2 years ago, and that game was a good learning experience for continuing to get better. And maybe not having Brouwer in the lineup forced more situations onto younger guys.
We're not there yet, but we're getting closer. In a year or two, we will take over that rivalry, and owning the old and fading Kesler, Getzlaf and Perry will be so delicious!
