I think the turning point was the idiot returner who first fumbled it and then casually picked it up only to get stuffed on his own 5 yard line. Steelers were jacked up after that.

Ended up going 13-1 and won $2100. Only game I got wrong was the Packers game.

Anyone else ever purchased resale tickets for NFL games on ticketmaster.com? The inflated prices are ridiculous. I don't think the Canadian ticketmaster lets you resell for any price??

The Cowboys have released Michael Sam from the practice squad. I guess Jerry's backup pub plan isn't needed now that they don't suck (though expect them to resign him as a distraction when their usual December collapse comes about).

Flowers is out with a concussion, and Verrett is highly unlikely, so that will make things even more challenging for the Chargers defence to lose a couple of good cover guys. Flowers can be a really good player, and from all accounts he's played at a pro bowl level this year. But this is essentially three straight games now where he's either leaving the game early, or not able to play due to injuries. I think that is the number one reason why the Chiefs parted with him. When he can play, he's effective. Problem is that he does have a tough time staying on the field and he's not getting younger.
San Diego will really need to control the ball and the clock tonight to have a chance. They can do it, and have done so in the past. But Denver has been firing on all cylinders here in recent weeks.

Sounds like the Jake Locker era has ended in Tennessee. Mettenberger starting from here on out and Locker will be his backup. What QB hungry team will sign him in the offseason?

Some rumors going around that Percy Harvin and a few other seahawk players were split and turning on Wilson because he isn't "black enough"
Seriously?

If there was a team that could possibly upset the Broncos, the Chargers would be one of them on my list. However, the Broncos are just the better team and have just been dominating everyone lately, ever since the Seattle loss. Chargers will lose this one, but not by much.

From what I know of Percy Havin as a Vikings fan, this doesn't surprise me in the least.

What did scouts ever see in Locker. He was bad at Washington.

Could happen. I think the Chargers need +2 in the turnover battle to win.

Well, a clear fumble and turnover by Denver wasn't upheld after video review, chargers got a pretty questionable holding penalty on an interception throw by Manning, and welker was able to jump on a fumbled ball by Denver. Gotta be good to be lucky I guess.
Chargers still have a prayer with 5 to go though.

Another pathetic night of officiating. NFL needs to get a grip on it already.

my biggest question is how did he and Riley Cooper play with each other at Florida?

Is that the issue though....Would Percy Harvin have a problem with Peyton Manning, Aaron Rogers, Drew Brees, or some other Caucasian QB?
When Gary Sheffield used to play for the Yankees I seem to remember him making some sort of statement that Derek Jeter wasn't really "Black" insinuating that because he was of mixed race he wasn't the same as Sheffield.
In the case of Wilson, he is of mixed race, and I was at a ball game last year where they showed Wilson and his fair skinned blonde haired wife whom I would guess he is still married to. So when a guy like Wilson tries to associate with Harvin, could it cause tensions because Harvin holds the belief that Wilson has moved too far toward the other heritage, than his own? Whereas with a pure Caucasian player it doesn't bother him. It shouldn't matter a bit, but with some of these guys it may be a huge issue to them.

And your guess would be wrong. Separated over the summer.

Fans in London absolutely ticked about a 103yd interception return being called back on offsetting penalties, which would have also made a game of it. Instead, its 21-0 and looks like London is getting a dud.
