More Bieksa: “Those are 2 Canadian guys who are supposed to be playing the game with integrity. Maybe our team has to do more of that.” https://twitter.com/SportsnetSpec

Integrity? Lol its funny Bieksa is saying it. If it was Mason Raymond maybe people would listen as he is a classy guy. Bieksa is just a baby. Might want to look at your roster there Kevin. Vancouver are the biggest divers in the league. Marleau definitely got Kesler with a stick and it was a penalty but the way Kesler fell it made it seemed like a baseball bat hit him in the head.
Bieksa, Burrows, Kesler and Lapierre are 4 players in the NHL who don't play with much integrity. Not to say all Canucks are like this as aforementioned guys like Mason Raymond are classy guys.
It's like Couture told the crowd at HP last night *paraphrased*......Vancouver dives a lot and it's what you expect from them. The best way is to just ignore it and score.
I've always liked CP since I joined during the 04 run, but I've never had so much fun as this series - this thread. I know you'll all go back to hating my sharks soon enough, but for the time being, this is FUN!
Thanks all!

PS...........wasn't Vancouver running around like morons (I forget which Sedin it was but he came in with an elbow towards the end of the game) to give the Sharks all the PP's. Not to mention Lapierre punching a guy to draw another PP. Talk about integrity!
Couture definitely dove a bit on the Sedin play, not sure about Thornton. So I can see where he's coming from but he can't talk because his team has been one of the worst offenders in the league the past few seasons.
I saw Couture say something on NBC about the Canucks and their diving something to the effect of "everyone in the league just expects that of that team and we just have to avoid worrying about it"
Bieksa can say whatever he wants. Everyone who follows hockey knows that Vancouver is the worst team in the league for that kind of crap.
I remember being in Oakland last year and ran into an American hockey fan. We got to chatting and when Vancouver came up he said "Everyone knows those guys are the biggest bunch of floundering floppers around"
Hit the nail right on the head. Was great to hear that from a casual hockey fan so far removed from Canada.
Perhaps Kevin should go on about the embellishments by Kesler and Burrows last night. What was also garbage was that Kesler was allowed to stay on for the powerplay.
