Would love to see a downtown “Welcome Darryl, from CP” billboard.
I bet we could crowd source that in minutes.
It's just a shame there's no crowd at the games. He would've got the biggest "WELCOME BACK! WELCOME BACK!" chant in his first game behind the bench that you've ever heard in your life.

It’s a little funny to see a bunch of people predicting Sutter implements things each of them have been advocating, often completely different.
You keep criticizing the fanbase on mass, grouping everyone into a single collective. Give us some examples or give it a rest. Who are you even talking to? I haven't seen anybody talking about specific implementations, other than getting better utilization and motivation from the players.
And you know, actually being happy and excited. But you seem more concerned with being right than being happy - you are seriously yelling at clouds at this point.

The criminal way that the organization welcomed him back in the first game here as Kings coach is unforgiveable.
Cammalleri had just been reacquired after he spouted off in MTL, so the first whistle occurs and I'm expecting a welcome back for Sutter. I was at the game. Beasley starts up and you think here comes the tribute.
Nope, it was a "welcome back" to freaking Cammalleri instead!
Outside of a shot of Sutter on the bench just before the national anthem, you did not see him on the Jumbotron at all the rest of the entire night. It was clear that they were trying to make sure the crowd couldn't acknowledge him.
Absolutely pathetic.
Such a spiteful egotistical snake oil salesman his sucessor was.

I’m not good at organizing but I’d love to contribute a few bucks to it.
The amazing part is, well I guess we shouldn't be too surprised knowing Treliving, but that this wasn't leaked or talked about at all beforehand by any insiders

Hmmm I don't know. Doesn't seem that chantable. Sort of like trying to start a "No Days Off!" chant.
Sutter! Flames hockey is going to be fun to watch again. I was mentally preparing to have to see a death March to the end of the season and now I'm just stoked. Hockey!

I told myself I wouldn't get my hopes up again, but like a fool, I've fallen back in love with this team.
I'm preparing now. The beard starts today in anticipation of a playoff run. I hope to be Mike Commodore levels by the time the playoffs start, and ol' prospector levels by the time the playoffs are over.
But of course with my luck, the Flames will run into the Panthers in the final and lose in 7 games.
