Curious, and sorry if I missed it in this thread, but was there any evident that the internet helped? Of the dozen suspects (read: people with a backpack) I saw posted none of them ended up being the suspects the FBI released photos of. And of course there ended up being a lot of personal information released of people involved in absolutely no wrong doing. Having access to a ton of photos obviously helped the FBI but I didn't see anything indicating that any internet sleuth found the suspect.

But see you are a normal person. The only people capable of doing this are people who feel they have nothing to live for/nothing to lose by doing something like this. They aren't afraid to die in the process, they just want as many casualties as possible. The guy will be killed for sure but I hope they catch him alive.

CNN said another suspect is caught, not dead. Made to take off all of his clothes before they arrested him, to ensure he wasn't carrying anything.
