I think the smoke around Meier to NJ is pretty strong, I'll predict that one happening. Low hanging fruit. It just seems similar to the O'Reilly/Toronto trade. That one was rumoured months ago, and I wouldn't be surprised if a deal in principle was worked out a long time ago. I get the same sense with Meier and NJ.

Going out on a bit of a limb, I think Kane to Carolina makes a lot of sense if they can make the cap work. Great team that could use a top 6 RW.

I don’t think Kane will go anywhere. Think he wants to stay close to Chicago for family. Rangers and leafs seemed like his choices. No chance now.

I hope your Edmonton deal happens considering the big return the Jackets want and the player intends to test free agency. Would love to see the Grease pay a 20231st ++ for a rental only to bounce in the 1st rnd. Or better yet, miss the playoffs.

I think his other stuff importance is vastly overrated, as his on ice performance negates any other things he brings.

All of them are mentioned with a photo. So stepping outside my Flames bias fandom, I can appreciate Nurse, & Fuhr being profiled, due to the bigger issue of racism in this sport we love.

But ya know who’s profile wasn’t shown? Zero photos? Like he doesn’t exist?

You guessed it, Evander Kane. Maybe his colleagues, the PA and NHL have a similar position to the type of person he is, like many of us on this board.
