well being the doctor would also explain the behaviour ECF has been doing as trying to stay hidden is the docs job as well.

Where to go now? We need to decide who ECF should kill tonight and who to lynch.
ECF who did you protect last night and why?

Girlysports is next on my list but it might now be time to look at the less active posters. We have been avoiding focusing on inactive as a way to decide who to lynch so maybe the mafia has faded into the background.

What is the case for gp_matt being scum outside of the rd slip and being an eternal? I don't see it.

These powers are pretty good (night kill is huge in my eyes) so would it make sense that mafia are allowed to join these groups as well? That seems like it would be too unbalanced with me. The mafia already know who town people are, and then they get an extra night kill by joining this group? Seems too powerful. Then again, we don't know where the invites are coming from either. It's possible its coming from a town person to people they think are also town to avoid the power from going to mafia.

So confused now.
My thought is two townies are the ones distributing the powers. Therefore it's on the town not to screw up. They also might overlap with the MOTs. I am still suspicious that the leaders have a different win condition but I for one will accept the next offer from either group.

I am willing to accept ECF reveal at this time yet we have some very inactive posters one of which could still claim BS to ECF yet I doubt it.
Baxter Renegade,Squiggs86(who popped in for a vote) and hmmhmmcamo.

What bugs me about hmmhmmcamo is he was told to post more by... I think Oling_Roach (I could be wrong about who told hmmhmmcamo to post more)
and hmmhmmcamo thanked that post and promptly returned to his same ways.

I'm still trying to think of the best way to use the night kill. I will definitely be using it tonight. I am open for suggestions, but I don't think I will announce it before the night if there is any ability that allows to work around it.

For the groups - I think there are two leaders with different win conditions than light vs dark. I think they are two people in the game, but I'm not sure.

Regarding the save, I don't think there is a way to come to a conensus on who to save unless it becomes super obvious down the road (ie, a cop). I am open to suggestions, but won't be announcing who I'll be saving before the night which would make it easy for the mafia to work around it.

Night 1 I saved Delgar. Shot in the dark. He seemed town to me and was the kind of player I would have targeted if I were scum.

Oh, and I am a guy by the way.

With the power to switch targets out there it is definately important for you not to reveal your shot.

I thought Rathji said his action was re-directed? so whoever is re-directing would only have to target ECF, so knowing who ECF was targetingwouldn't matter.

I agree, but there is a wrinkle to my night kill that I am trying to figure out how to work out.

It works as a poison, so the person I select tonight will not die until the following night - so they will still be alive tomorrow.

A couple interesting scenarios there, but the worst would be me selecting the person, me dieing tonight and then the town lynching that person tomorrow.

Was the redirection focused on Rathji or his victim?

It was me

I'm thinking I might go back to voting hmmhmmcamo, but Baxter has been just as bad. Has he even posted in day 2?

I would assume it was directed at Rathji because he said he got a message saying it was re-directed.

There appears to be 3 different roles it could be

A bus driver switches two targets (put on the target)
A redirector which you target the person doing the action (put on ECF)
A deflector who targets the person recieving the action.(put on target)

And don't forget Squiggs (who says he's in Hawaii) and was just reading this thread, but decided not to post anything?

Since we don't know I agree that ECF shouldn't reveal anything he's doing

So his one shot kill allows the the player to live for 1 more day. Will that person know they're poisoned?

I've noticed squiggs in the currently viewing list quite often, so he's definitely able to check in on the thread. All 3 of hmmhmmcamo, squiggs and Baxter aren't adding anything to the town

I believe so and we also know the target too. Rathji says in his first Day 2 post that his night action was re-directed to GP_Matt.

Except the person who redirected my power was almost certainly town, so if the town agreed on something, they likely wouldn't mess with it.

I was told my night action was redirected to gp_matt. So I don't think we know for sure how the exact mechanic worked.

So I just realised with ECF having a kill...if whoever killed last night can still kill we have the potential of losing 3 town tonight.

ECF has his delayed kill
Unknown night kill - assuming it wasn't a 1 time ability
Mafia night kill

We need to be very careful about how we go about this.

The word re-direct in the mafia wiki is used for all 3 not just the re director so I don't think any assumption is valid.

On voting, my only idea is to go with non-active right now. I know it isn't perfect but its better than the alternatives

vote: hmmhmmcamo
