Our dog Winnie

While I don't have any uploaded pictures of my current rabbit, Edgher I have one of my first rabbitt, Rufus. He was my little buddy who watched TV with me and laid around with me on all our lazy days.

Consider yourself lucky...my shiba started blowing her coat more than a month ago and hasn't stopped yet, even after multiple brushings. I have no idea how she has any fur left to shed! It seems like she's lost her entire weight in fur since late May.
Here she is as a small puppy:
And here she is a few weeks ago:

I got her from a friends brother who works long hours and doesn't have time for her. Sphynx are very needy, they want attention all the time. I have always wanted a Sphynx but they are ######edly expensive! She is super friendly, probably the friendliest cat I have ever encountered. She loves to sleep under the blankets near you so she can steal your heat. She also sleeps a lot on my HD cable box. She does need special care because she is hairless although not really hairless, she has fine fuzz on her like a peach. She feels like a peach fuzz hot water bottle. I have to bathe her once a week because her skin gets oily, I use our baby shampoo for that. Her ears get a lot of dirt and wax buildup as she has no hair in her ears to stop crap from getting in or building up in there so they have to be cleaned once a week. I have a new issue now, I keep her nails trimmed but I am going to have to file them as well because if she scratches herself she gives herself small cuts. She is 8 years old and awesome although my gf thinks she is ugly and an alien.
Playing with Drizzt.
See the small cuts from scratching. Need to file those nails!

Walkin along
The following Sphynx is available in High Definition!

LOL, Winnie has the same facial expression that Molly usually has. She looks like she is a sucky dog. It can go either way with Daschunds I find, either they are vicious little terrors, or super suck faces. Beautiful dog.

My Shiba shed his coat around April-June, but his first year he didn't stop shedding all year.

She is a big suck but is turning into a little terror.
We've had her since Canada Day and she is still finding her way with regards to housebreaking.
As she is getting more comfortable with us she is showing her bad habits. Today my wife caught her trying to pull bottles of flavoured syrup off the wine rack in the kitchen! But, of course, she just flashes he suckyface look and she gets out of trouble due to overwhelming cuteness. sigh

LOL, looks like she has a lazy eye in that one picture. Molly was a frikking horror show when she was a puppy. She knawed through about $400 in AV cables. I lost my temper once and whipped a HDMI cable across the room against the wall. I wish I hadn't. Any time I have anything like a cable in my hand (except her leash) she cowers, and I feel like an a-hole for one weak moment 4 years ago.
How old is she?

It would make sense that a lazy eye would go with a lazy dog! She is certainly a dog who appreciates leisure. But seriously, she doesn't have a lazy eye. It must be the reflections in the picture or something.
I hear you on the anger thing though. I'm very conscious that if I'm angry with her I need to show her "puppy anger" and not "people anger." I had to practice the puppy anger this morning as she was in barf bazooka mode due to the stress of the storms. It's hard to stay mad at her though as she was all happy looks and wagging tail after she was sick presumably because she felt so much better after barfing.
To answer your question, she is two.

My apologies for the old thread bump, but if thought I'd resurrect this thread and post a picture of my pup and ask a question.
She is a 10 month old rescue for the edmonton humane society, and while we had her in the tail end of summer last year, she has primarily only known snow, and has thus become used to urinating a pooping on snow. Now that there is mostly grass showing, she won't do her business on it. She wants to go to the last remaining bits of snow and go there. And suggestions on getting her to go on grass again? We live in a townhouse without a dedicated yard and it is frustrating as all hell to constantly take her out when she refuses to go.

My brother sent me this pic with the title of email being "Guard Dog". He says his black lab "Buddy" likes to guard his vehicle when it's parked on the driveway
