Happy with the comeback. They’ve got some work to do.

Awful puck management from Montreal during that OT. Give it away twice trying to cross the red line rather than dumping it in and when they finally do, Laine throws it in 5 feet before the red line for an icing. The following faceoff results in the Ovi goal.

He's terrible hockey player that loves video games...with an elite shot.

Wilson is a joke. What a faux tough guy. Well deserved unsportsmanlike for his dive.

Laine is a total liability when he isn’t on the powerplay.

I think he might be a sociopath.

Huberdeau is a 200 foot player now, I’d take him in a second over pillowy soft Laine.

That would be an intriguing trade. Huberdeau goes 'back home' which he may like (and thrive in). Laine, who knows. But Huby version 2nd year Huska I liked. Hope he can repeat the effort in 2025-26 and continue morphing into a Flames style role next year. So I'd nix this trade

You know Laine left only 1 year left of his contract, right?

They spent a year rebuilding the culture and the room. You trade Huberdeau for Laine and you're back to square one.

There are some players you just don't want to touch.

Scored one, took a minute off, then took the rest of the period off. Lucky to be only down one.

Putting away the whistle in the playoffs is bull####. Clear cross check to the face. Nothing. Absolutely stupid.

So many missed calls. Caulfield bleeding no call. The league doesn't want a Canadian team to make it.

Taking the #1 seed to the limit in both games. Can’t be disappointed by the late effort. Gotta play 60.

Ovechkin had zero points and that was no problem for the Capitals. I think the Habs are in trouble. Thompson has been solid in net and the Capitals defense has been solid so far. The Capitals should be able to win a game in Montreal.
