How long before we see a Walsh tweet criticizing Huberdeau's usage?

Connor Zary has as many points as Matthew Phillips.

Sarich just mentioned something that is so true of Zary, he manages the puck well. Very impressive for a guy with so little NHL experience.

I think I'd rather see them keep Huby than have to have Nurse in Flames silks while Huderdeau puts up 115 playing with McDavid...

Hat was an enjoyable game. Not too many of those in recent Flames history.

Maybe this is what Huberdeau needs to get it going.

I was told Phillips chart has green bars though so he's an NHLer.

You can't argue with green bars.

He's developed well.
I watched him his whole time in Kamloops, and he was great as a WHLer, but I had doubts about him translating it to the NHL.

Keep it up, kid, indeed!

Time to pull your head out of your pouting, bud.
Feel bad for the guy...he's obviously having a really tough time. That would not have been easy knowing you are the top-paid player and there you are...stapled to the bench. Don't think he's pouting. Think he is overwhelmed and has zero confidence.

Liked Coly's comments post-game about him celebrating the goals and being totally supportive of the team...and that the team will be supportive of him. Which, totally, is the right frame of mind for them. Help him solve his funk...that is the BEST outcome.

I love when big Z rushes it up the ice and it turns into a goal.

Watching Huby on the bench actually just made me sad. It was a good move on Huska and Huby needs a big reset, like a mushrooms in the mountains kind of reset. But watching shake his head and trying to keep it together bummed me out.

I feel bad for the way that things transpired with him being moved to Calgary, playing for a very tough coach, and his play taking a nosedive. I truly, from the bottom of my die hard heart, hope he can find his magic

Thought Kadri was outstanding tonight...had a ton of fire and gave it everywhere.

Speaking of which, there was a shot of Coleman on the bench just after he scored and you could see the fire there, too...was like watching Iggy sometimes. Great to see the vets happy to lead and work with the kids.

And those kids...Pospisil, Sharangovitch particularly on the first-into-the-corners forecheck...wow!! Zary just behind with a bit less physicality, but more speed. Fantastic to see.
