He played toffoli on plenty of lines that could be considered bottom 6 in LA. But, Sutter also doesn't think like that really.

let's see if Chiarot is even involved. None of the big name journalists have mentioned him on Twitter at all, it's all just "Toffoli to CGY".
and frankly, the more I think about it, the more I hope it really is just Toffoli.
