Did you actually read the article? Every one of the prospects you list except for Tolvonen falls into Wheeler's third-tier between #16–38, along with Valimaki and Fox. As the author himself is careful to point out, there is a "potential fluidity" within the tiers, which suggests that there is
very little differentiation between the value of all the players in this grouping. Like I said: ranking them as you have done in the form of a re-draft restricted to just 2017 is fairly meaningless to the point of quibbling.

Certainly. But your opinions in this thread are construed as pretty rigidly committed to assigning numbers. I mean, in your first post you pontificated rather vociferously about a difference of a single placement between Fox and Valimaki in the form of a question posed with a consequential measure of incredulity:
