Personally, I have no problems seeing a Canucks jersey burned, but I wouldn't do it myself for fear of bad juju though.
That's not sensitivity or political correctness. That's just personal preference. IMO, there's way to taunt, but burning a jersey is not one of my go to actions.

Lol at all the people (including Sedin) saying pressure is on Calgary to win this. Tell me again, which team is currently down 3-2? Which team is chock full of veterans who have seen better days? Which team is on the brink of elimination?
Enough of the nonsense. With their backs absolutely to the wall, Vancouver could only manage two goals against the Flames (in Vancouver!) with the help of some questionable reffing.
We have the advantage tonight. C of Red. We will play our game. We will hit them hard. And we will win this.

While there should definitely be more pressure on Vancouver to win (Duh. They lose and they're done and there window is almost up), there is still a lot of pressure on Calgary to win.
The way they played in Vancouver, they lose tonight and it's pretty bleak.

Lesson learned on Thursday. THey will know we have to do, they knew what we had to do against the defending champs and sent them packing.
I think the energy and motivation to run the Canucks out the rink is going to be super charged today.
I just get the sense we are growing like the Chicago Blackhawks did and Vancouver is first on the list to feel the pain. We run them out of the Dome 6-2 tonight, Johnny with a hatty.

Scored the ice level company seats. Taking my 8 year old great nephew to the game. He is so stoked. And I am too. So many great memories from the 2004 run, so I hope this is the first of many new memories with my little buddy. Go Flame Go!!!
