I missed what Cherry was saying about Gio and Johnny - I assume he was calling them a couple of goons?

Yeah sure, if our fanbase's confidence had any control, we'd be tanking for the first OA again. What the fanbases over confidence could lead to is big disappointment though. Myself I like to watch and see how things unfold before doing any bragging.

Like the Oilers and their overconfident fan base?

I was in West Ed today and went into Jersey City wearing my Flames jersey. One of the workers there was wearing an Oilers jersey. I walked up and asked him if he was ready for the game today. All he said was, "Yup, ready for the loss." and then he walked away. Oiler fans have given up. LOL.

Porrier with 2 goals and an assist tonight as well. Nice to see the top players in Addy doing well.

The Poirier/Baertschi/Arnold line had 9 points. Both Poirier and Baertschi were on the ice for all 5 Flames goals.

Poirier had a chance at the hattrick and passed the puck to Baertschi who had a little more open of a side to shoot at (Poirier would have made the shot if he took it). That's who Poirier is.

Baertschi made two absolutely beautiful passes. Just beautiful. As soon as the game highlights are up, I'll have them posted in the AHL Flames game thread. Definitely worth the look!

Ryan Culkin had a pair of assists.

The Baby Flames had just an absolute dominant game. 2/5 on the PP.

Oh and Wolf took a hit and broke the glass. He's a little solid.

Basically saying Here's Johnny doing what Johnny does, if you're small and wonder about making the big leagues just watch this guy. Giordano is the best in the league right now, does everything you'd want from a player or a captain,if he doesn't win the Norris he'll eat his hat.
