Not sure it will make any difference who sits.

Yep. He forgot someone's name.

This is definitely a first for him and a sign that he's past his expiration date.

I'll always be worried about playing a bunch of smaller skill guys like Perron, Eberle and RNH, no matter how bad their record is. Our D has holes like swiss cheese. I know Hartley tells the media his D have full leeway to activate and play offense but I hope in the dressing room he's telling Russell and Wideman to stop the pinching and fancy plays.

Love the bolded. On at least 75% of the other teams, any of those pairings would be the 3rd/scratched pair.

If that's the case then Bob Cole should've been taken out to pasture years ago.

Me too. I somehow knew the flames would come back against LA when they were down 3 zip. I have the opposite feeling for tonight

Based on recent history, this game has to start with a 4-0 Oilers lead, but the Flames come back, tying the game with three goals while Hiller is pulled for the extra attacker, and win in overtime.

Whatever happens though, I doubt the Flames make it easy on themselves.

You guys sure take your definition of rigatoni seriously. I mean, correctly, you guys sure do take your definition of rigatoni factual, like adults.

I appreciate the knowledgable poster who gives a gentle correction to someone if they have the wrong understanding of something, but this is something else.

I love CP for the intelligent posters, but there is getting to be something of an elitist, condescending, snobby vibe to people who happen to be a little more educated than the average poster. To be fair, most people understand Karma the way he originally posted, and yes, it's incorrect, but it's not so far off to require belittling someone to make a point.

It's wrong technically speaking, but using the word Karma colloquially the way he did is not incorrect.

tl/dr: In summary, don't be a jerk.

The people who get all indignant about the "right definition of karma" are hilarious.

You understand what people are saying, stop being pissy.

Bah, too much time between games for every one to think about things too much and to second guess logic.
And yes, Flames players included. It may still turn south tonight, but no more than any other game.

The Flames shall prevail in triumphant victory, as the Oilers are no good at hockey.

Well, as per Don Cherry, Yakupov is a little coward and Johnny Hockey and Gio are awesome.

So Flames win.

C'mon people. The Oilers are no good. Karma has nothing to do with that.
