Chillax Bro, its a fair question. He "confirmed" the trade when we know now nothing was confirmed. How can he be taken seriously now? If Im TSN I dont think I can keep him on that basis alone. At least not at his current role now.

I don't think he's a laughing stock, he made a mistake much like many others have. I think people are laughing more at the other people who are making fun of Ward for his mistake.

No...I think the embarrassment he suffers, and future effort to gain back his credibility, is probably going to be enough. No one is exempt from making mistakes. Hopefully is will temper those who try to gain notoriety by trying to scoop things.

Correction...Dreger and McKenzie are more conservative. In the age of social media and 24/7 sports coverage. Networks are always trying to scoop each other...they have to.
