Noisy neighbours/noise maker

I'm having a problem with neighbours right now and their four giant dogs (I think it's at four right now, hard to tell). They don't clean up the mounds of dog crap in their yard and the stench is overpowering. Also, there is a lot of frozen pee that's starting to melt now so combined with the crap my eyes water when I walk outside. This morning I was working out and cracked a window on the opposite side of my house from the neighbours...what do I smell? Fecal matter and urine instead of fresh air. Truly disgusting, so I feel your pain, although at least it isn't dripping down my windows and onto my property so you definitely had it worse.

We have terrible neighbors like that, minus the overpowering smell. They never walk their dog from what I can tell. What they do instead is open the back door and attach him to a 10 foot chain. What it has left them with is a perfect 10 foot radius semi-circle of dog #### and piss in their backyard that has been steadily growing all winter. Luckily it's on the north side of the house so the snow hasn't melted yet, but as soon as it gets warm back there it's going to stink really badly.

When you built the fence did you place it directly on the property line?

When I built a fence I madde sure it was about 4" into my yard based on the found pin. It's something I took from my uncle years ago. He had neighbours who refused to pay and were generally irritating so he went to Totem and bought all their "already opened" on sale paints, then proceeded to paint each slat, on their side, a different colour. In the end the fence was on his property so nothing legal they could do.

Think I can complain to the condo board for bothering to entertain a lady who complained at 10PM on a Saturday about us being loud? They're willing to go out of their way to let me know, but when we file multiple complaints about illegal dumping (saw a washing machine and toilet in the dumpster this week), we get zero response.
