I love the filet o' fish. one time when a me and a bunch of buddies were hammered after a Stamps game we went to the 16th ave McDonald's and got Big Mac's with fish patties instead of burger patties. They were really awesome at the time but I doubt I would try it sober.
My usual order at McD's is a Big Mac and a Filet, or double cheeseburger and a Filet. It's a solid sandwich.

Time to go ahead with my start up idea.
Follow the Alley burger truck around town in "Tron's Burger Temptation" truck, and sell my wares to all the people who don't want to wait in line. My burgers come complete with fancy names too!
- alberta black angus burger with garlic aiole chipotle seasoning, fried on a saskatchewan canola bed, on a seasoned organic sesame wheat roll.
- my fries are hand cut irish style potatoes, topped with a tomato glaze

I just tried them. It wasn't bad, but I likely won't go back. I had the Pork Bun (rice vermicelli) and some banana fritters. The portion was a little small for $8. From work, I would probably just go to Choices instead if that is what I wanted for lunch. The fritters were pretty good.
The interesting thing for me is that all of the people in the bus were wearing high-end watches. Three of the four had Rolexes, and the fourth had a watch with a diamond bezel. So, they probably have money to work through any tough times.

Logistically, Pho from a food truck won't be very sucessful IMO.
Pho is meant to be eaten sitting down, right away, with dipping sauces and what not. it's hard to eat pho when most people have to walk at least 5 minutes back to their office/cars. and by then the noodles will eat up all the broth and it will be a big pile of mush..

Tried out JoJo's BBQ today, really good ribs and the BBQ-tine was pretty tasty as well.
