Its better to be carnivore than vegan if you were going all or nothing tbh. You still get a lot of the plant nutrients secondhand through the animals, and it's in a form that easier for your gut to process.
And contrary to popular belief, you don't get much vitamin A (important for eyes and immune system) from carrots or dark greens. You get a modest amount of beta-carotene which is a precursor to it, but then your body has to convert it to the active form of A. And lo and behold many people are either poor converters or have a gene that makes them poor converters. So you'd have to consume literally tens of pounds of raw carrots or leafy greens to get the equivalent of real vitamin A that you can get in a small serving of organ meats. Fish or liver meats are incomparably better sources for vitamin A.
This among many other things are why I'd be concerned for any strict vegan dieter. If they know their #### and are compensating for what they know is scarce in a non animal products then they can do alright, but I imagine most people aren't looking into it. They just believe they're eating healthy and clean and that that'd enough to get adequate nutrients in ideal ratios.

Oh, I've got one I've started to see a lot more recently: People talking on their phones on speaker, holding the phone about a foot in front of their face. They're not Facetiming or anything because they're not holding it with the camera facing them, they're just having a voice conversation.
Apparently, it's something they do on reality shows so they can record both sides of the conversation and people have started copying them thinking it's the cool new way to talk on the phone.
####ing idiots.

Some starting points for the group:
- Don't you hate how some people are always on their phones? Look outside, it's a beautiful day gosh darn it.
- Isn't it a shame how trendy tattoos are? Those people are going to feel awfully silly when they're old and wrinkly!
- I don't get slang today. What is "rizz"? Apparently I am not down with the latest haps when it comes to hip teen slang! It sounds like they're speaking in tongues!

Drivers is number one on my bingo card. Today I watched a person get to the red light in the front of the right hand lane. They then decided they wanted to turn left and not go straight through so they drove fully into the intersection and then backed into the front of the left lane.

Put me down for “Slang” please. No you don’t sound edgy, you sound stupid.
Can I also submit “Fall back is stupid!”? It’s six weeks away but I want to hate it now.

"Bet" (meaning OK) is by far the stupidest new slang word I've heard.
Witnessing it in used live in conversation shaved a day off my life expectancy I'm pretty sure.
Might just be that it came out of a scrawny kid though.

I actually talk in my home office with my phone on speaker like this all the time. I find it way easier to hear through speaker then against my ear and easier to hold the phone and carry out a natural conversation - walking around my office , potentially looking at the computer or papers.
In public though it’s pretty rude and rediculous

Wait, how is that used? Like if someone says "I'll be over in an hour" the other person would say "bet" instead of "ok"?
