We're getting destroyed, we're probably going to hear a lot about their players

What a slow, dumpy play by Monahan after a nice setup

Gaudreau needs to remove those weird angle shots from his game right now.

Monahan stands in front getting speedbagged. Maybe try to find some open ice.

[QUOTE=Infinit47;7081629]Gaudreau hooked, no call. Mangiapane crosschecked and no call. This truly is an American League run for American interests.[/
Yep, been that way for a while. It's very frustrating and sure as hell no way to treat your fan base.

NO ONE goes to the front of the net if I was coaching this team I'd be losing it.

A bad beat tonight can be the wakeup call needed. Win next game and the road trip was a success. Best of 3 with home ice advantage.

I mean, for ####'s sake, someone give Johnny an outlet there. There are four of you and no one can get open?

The Avs are actually over-committing a lot to the Flames players but they're just not hard enough on the puck to take advantage. There's space to be had.

Ya, when Gaudreau is on, he's magical. But I argue that he's not capable of being so because he can't adjust to how tight checking these games become, thus he looks fairly pedestrian.

You need consistency, and be able to do what you normally do even when the defense becomes tighter, to be a impact player.

It’s a double edged sword though as the Flames seem to get called for everything.
They can't play the same style, because penalties. Peters has to adjust here, blend the lines.
