Of course when the contractors first arrived, my wife and I were super friendly. We'd bring them coffee in the morning or cold drinks in the sweltering afternoon. Now we barely give each other a nod of the head when we walk by. Hopefully they finish in the next week.

We found Money Pit was therapeutic during renovations

I know you had fun drunk posting in politics threads last night but it might be a little early in the day to be hitting the bottle again.

PBS always rocks. Where else can you spend Saturday nights watching the Lawrence Welk show?

Pledge Week actually grinds my gears because instead of the stuff I ordinarily tune in for, PBS will be showing the same old Bee Gees concert film a dozen times.

I used to love the Red Dwarf and Black Adder marathons they’d run for the Seattle PBS station.

Visiting my sister and niece in Sundance down by my old Chap stomping grounds. I see the bylaw is still in effect where south of Southcentre on Macleod, a vehicle MUST be in the passing lane going under the speed limit. It's literally every single time I do that drive, I'll never understand it...

I'm intrigued by this one. On McLeod? Is there a sign posted? I don't get that way very often but don't recall ever seeing a sign like this?

I'm not sure if I'm missing an inside joke here, or if this whooshed so hard that Transport Canada is now investigating a low-flying aircraft in the Calgary area.

Yeah I was going to explain it, but the humour can be pretty subtle here so I just left it haha

Or when you say you like it hot and inference is made that you don't have empathy for those affected by Wildfires.
