Deboer put it perfectly in the post game presser re: the slash on Hintz by derpnell- 'does anybody in this rink think if Connor mcdavid gets carried off the ice like that, it's not a five minute major?'.
Good on him for calling out the double standards of reffing.

I've just accepted that the Panthers are the last hope. They definitely have a chance, they aren't a loser team like Dallas.
And if you looked at my post history I have been saying all playoffs this stars team is complete crap. The Avs would have destroyed the Oilers. But because the Stars have the Avs number, we are stuck cheering this loser team now. When we all know they will lose.
Okay, if you already know stop watching and posting about the series please

My prediction of Oilers in 5 is right on schedule. Something wrong with this Stars team. They should be Panthers good looking at their roster but they are more Hurricanes than Panthers.

Compare the, intent to injure, slash by Nurse and the "trip" on McDavid (when he jumps into a hit and falls). How they both go the Oilers way is so obvious what their intention was last night.

Guess they should find out, someone should step up and end McSavior’s playoffs.
How many times did the Stars have a grade A chance and miss the net? Sportsnet is going on about the stick save, but the Star didn't bury it.
A goalie playing his position perfectly will give the shooter very little room to score, often resulting in a missed net. Shooters don't generally aim for the middle of the goalie.
