Deboer put it perfectly in the post game presser re: the slash on Hintz by derpnell- 'does anybody in this rink think if Connor mcdavid gets carried off the ice like that, it's not a five minute major?'.
Good on him for calling out the double standards of reffing.

And if you looked at my post history I have been saying all playoffs this stars team is complete crap. The Avs would have destroyed the Oilers. But because the Stars have the Avs number, we are stuck cheering this loser team now. When we all know they will lose.
Okay, if you already know stop watching and posting about the series please

My prediction of Oilers in 5 is right on schedule. Something wrong with this Stars team. They should be Panthers good looking at their roster but they are more Hurricanes than Panthers.

Oilers have their second game of the playoffs with more power plays than their opponent and CP goes into a tail spin about power plays.

Not really because y’all are always in a tailspin about power plays.

I'd like to see Nurse or Draisaitl given the wallet treatment.

I’d like to see Nurse and Draisaitl get the living crap kicked out of both of them.

No one "tailspins" over penalty calls more than Oiler fans and media lol.

Can’t see Dallas beating the grease.

There’s one last hope.

Many times I've seen them freak out because they lost, had more powerplays, but only had 2 or 3 instead of 5 or 6 so that wasn't good enough.

Yes, the chances evened up a bit near the end when the game was already over. But when it was still a game, the Stars embarrassed themselves.
You must of watched a different game, Dallas didn’t get schooled , thought they played fairly well, Edmonton just got the better bounces.

Skinner has played seven post-season games this year.

In those games he hasn't had a save% between .833, and 1.000. That's wild

Good on him for calling out the double standards of reffing.
Compare the, intent to injure, slash by Nurse and the "trip" on McDavid (when he jumps into a hit and falls). How they both go the Oilers way is so obvious what their intention was last night.

If you think last nights game was properly officiated that's on you, not CP.

Shots For: 52-52
Scoring Chances: 59-58 Edmonton
High Danger: 24-24
Shooting Percentage: 11.54% - 11.54%
Save Percentage: .885 - .885
Goals: 6-6

All this "Dallas has been outplayed all series" talk is nonsense.

I don't think a series can be as close as this one has been after two games. Pretty much every single metric is a wash.
I found it was more the Stars players beat themselves, rather than Skinner saving the day.

How many times did the Stars have a grade A chance and miss the net? Sportsnet is going on about the stick save, but the Star didn't bury it.

Guess they should find out, someone should step up and end McSavior’s playoffs.

A goalie playing his position perfectly will give the shooter very little room to score, often resulting in a missed net. Shooters don't generally aim for the middle of the goalie.

No idea if this is the case here.
