I still hate the hitting in 25 so much. Really spoiled the fun for me. Probably won't buy 26 or 27, as giving money to EA every three or four years is as much as I can stomach.

Downloaded Silksong and it feels soooo good exploring and whacking bugs. I'm still early on and haven't hit anything super hard yet (I think I'm maybe just outside of the tutorial) but platforming and hitting bugs really scratches an itch. As with Hollow Knight, the combat has that nice crunchy feel.

I hit a point in Silksong where all the combat tweaks compared to Hollow Knight clicked and now I don't know how I'll go back to Hollow Knight. Silksong is so snappy, smooth and fun to play. The diagonal pogo is incredibly fun to use, and even the regular enemy design really rewards the use of all your skills.
