The first two seasons of Archer are now available on Netflix Canada. If you haven't seen this show yet, you're missing some of the best television currently available. The premise: it's James Bond meets Arrested Development.

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.
Yesterday, a friend mentioned a very simple way to access US Netflix and I thought I'd share. All you have to do is get an extension called Media Hint for Firefox or Chrome. Just install and you are good to go.
I think security and privacy both are somewhat of a concern with an unblockus style service. For example they could hijack the DNS lookup for something common and inject their own content designed to attack a system (serve up web pages with malicious code for example), or log your DNS lookups to track what you do.
People would probably figure it out really quickly if they were doing it though, so it's probably safe.
For my PC though I use an program called DNS Jumper to change my DNS settings and only set it to unblockus for when I need it. For something like a console or a boxee it's less of an issue as attacking those would probably be more difficult and for no especially good reason.

It sounds like there will soon be a site that will let you search all Netflix catalogues in the same place.
moreflicks.com and @moreflicks on twitter. Sound like a beta will be announced this week. Not sure if it will be any good, but worth keeping an eye on.
This does make me wonder, however, how long until Netflix, Hulu, etc. plugs the holes that allow some of us to access this international content? I suppose that Netflix probably cares less than the rights holders of the content who sell the distribution rights regionally. But sooner or later this has to get stopped, doesn't it? Or can it be stopped?
Getting US netflix on a PS3 or Xbox is very easy... All you do is change your DHCP settings and enter a US IP. PM me if you want it.. been using the same IP for months and going strong.
Its really annoying that in order to stream Netflix to Xbox you have to pay $8.99 a month just for the privilege of streaming! Really Microsoft? REALLY??
