I have no problem with the Thursday night games.

If anything they should make teams coming off the buy week play the Thursday nighter. (as much as they can)

Coming off the bye and then playing the Thursday nighter means teams would play 1 game in 20 days (10 days from Sunday before bye to Thursday, 10 days after). That's also not really going to work, and it simply makes scheduling more complicated (you have to schedule byes based on desired Thursday Night games). Thursday Night Football is almost always bad matchups (i.e. two last place teams in week 10) or bad games. But it's never going away as long as it rates (and it does).

Yeah, This year they seem to be doing Division matchups for Thursday night and have picked bad matchups thus far. Unfortunately by putting every team in one of these games, it does force everyone to watch the bad games.

Jairus Byrd out for the season with a torn lateral meniscus yesterday in practice. God I hate this season so much already..

Haha Lions. That's a loss they'll look back on if they miss the playoffs by one win. Three missed field goals, and Carpenter hits a 58 yarder for the win.

Just not many great teams this year. Wide open year, only 4 or 5 team totally out of it at this point. Everyone else 2-3 or 3-2.

Some great finishes so far...

Texans @ Cowboys - OT win after a great catch by Dez

Bills @ Lions - Henery misses for Lions and Carpenter nails a 58 yarded with 4 seconds left

Bucs @ Saints - Saints come all the way back and force OT and win it in OT

Browns @ Titans - Browns with a massive comeback and win it

Bears @ Panthers - Panthers also with the comeback and win by a FG
