Edmonton is No Good X: Up and Down Like a Toilet Seat

Watching that 3-1 goal from Vancouver against Edmonton… Draisaitl is coasting his way back and picks up no one. You can see him formulating in his head that he’s going to start turning the other way before his team has the puck.

How can any of the “leaders” on that team pretend to be leaders when none of them put an effort in on half of the ice surface? How can he or McDavid say a word in that room to try and motivate guys with efforts like that?
