probably the worst and most boring Manchester derby since pre Sheikh days. Two weak teams with little to play for ... United the better team, but as always, unable to score.
That was a defensive disaster by Liverpool in the first half. All three goals were very preventable, although credit to Fulham for finishing well.
Felt good to hear that as Fulham has been an enigma this year. Playing well against the top teams and then not finishing business against those below them.
I will say that as of late they have been playing better through the line up. I thought they would be between 10-12 in the table this season, so overall it's been a pleasant surprise to be in a distant fight for Europa.
Well. Van Dijk pulls that one out for us. United got woodshedded by Newcastle and Spurs spursed it up while Chelsea storm back to draw the mighty, might Ipswich Town.
Decent run of results today I guess.

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.
Ruben Amorim said he will wait to make a decision on his goalkeeper for Manchester United's crucial Europa League clash with Lyon after omitting André Onana from the defeat to Newcastle United on Sunday.
Onana was left out of Sunday's game after making two costly mistakes in the 2-2 first leg draw with Lyon on Thursday. Altay Bayindir made his Premier League debut against Newcastle, but endured a difficult afternoon as United lost 4-1.
I shall take the Win. It was not scintillating stuff, but its points.
Also...nice to get some of that defensive rigidity back. I think VVD was loafing around on purpose to prove how much they need him.
One of my friends is a Professor at the University of Wolverhampton so I texted him congratulations on a job well done even though I am aware that he knows nothing of Football.
When we met up in February he was surprised to hear there was a team in Wolverhampton and asked "what are they called? The Wolves?"
More or less. More or less.

Really Spurs? I mean, I know its Forest and they're a good side, but really Spurs??
lol, well we did outplay them. But at the same time, the league is meaningless now. We can’t be relegated and can’t finish top five, so all that matters now is Europa League.
If the promoted teams weren't so bad Spurs, United, West Ham, Everton would have all been in a relegation battle. Yet, Spurs and United can still sneak into the CL with the backdoor open.
Anyway, congrats to Liverpool and their fans.
