Stajan has been the team's best forward tonight and Jones has probably been second. The issue has been the so-called top guys who have all been no-shows.

Few positives, but it has to be said. Irving and Brodie have both looked very good.

It's not losing, it's losing to these shameful, diving pukes that makes me sad.
Unfortunately, this might be the norm more than not this season...

Not just Iggy, it's the entire top line, and I actually think Tanguay is the biggest culprit. He always slows things down to wait for players and try to make passes, it's so annoying.

I'm never upset with a loss if they play with drive. Prime example was the Chicago game. This team tonight, is making it really hard to still cheer for them or feel at all positive about anything.

They shouldn't have been out that late in the period on the road in the first place. Terrible move by Hartley.

This whole game turned on an absolute bull#### holding call. If anything Burrows should have got an interference call for pulling Tanguays stick out of his hands. I cannot believe that professional referees get sucked in by the Canucks shenaningans. Every man and his dog knows the stuff they pull but they continue to get away with the diving and other such bs.

I had a feeling you would blame Irving for this game. The first goal was a lucky bounce that Irving didn't know it was in his pads and Burrows tucked it in. The second goal was pretty soft so i'll give you that one. The third goal Bouwmeester's ass screened him and he didn't really have a chance. Irving has made some great saves so far tonight and he is NOT the reason we are losing. The team as a whole just looks terrible.

meh.. was wishful thinking to win this game, was hoping for a point.
I turned to tv off, the rest of this game will be on radio. Hughson gives me a headache.
Still 4 out of 6 points on the road trip is nice. Kill Minnesota on Monday!

The sad thing is its our top line vs theirs and you can clearly see the Iggy, Tang and Glenx can't match up and have been letting the Sedins cycle the puck around like its on a string.

He's sort of bobbled a few easier looking ones but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. His first time starting back to back games and a big game at GM Place with the Sedin's dipsy doodling about.
All things considered he's giving us a chance at least. Also showing we made the right decision as far as backup goalies are concerned IMO.
