Really sad when the Flames get slapped around physically by Vancouver.

Irving's actually looking pretty good despite the score. Made some huge saves for us. Showed great composure after the first couple Canucks goals went in (not really his fault).
I wish Iggy would have buried one of those chances he got in the slot. Need him to get on a roll here.

Crap maybe i shouldn't have turned on the game. 3 straight canuck goals.
Man irving. Makes some crazy saves but on simple shots he looks so effing nervous. Kipper can't come back soon enough.

Terrible second period. If not for Irving it would be 6-1 right now. Luckily this game is still within grasp somehow, Flames better go out knowing that 20 minutes of good hockey, putting it all out there, will be enough to at least tie this up.
It's not like the Canucks are playing well, we just are shooting ourselves in the foot tonight.

First period was reasonable, but really out classed that period. First time in a few games that the Flames look unorganized and running around like last years team.

How's that? Is a time out going to make the Sedins suddenly forget how to own us like b!tches in our own zone?
haha

Aside from Brodie and Irving, the Flames are simply being outplayed at every turn. They aren't winning any battles, no puck support, poor entry into the zone and weak defensive coverage.
Stats after 2...

That's true. I just want the top 6 to at least give an effort.

This is a very lopsided game.
The Flames can't contain the Sedin line at all.

And would it kill us to try and hit someone? God this butlersoft lineup from top to bottom is so annoying on nites like this. Hit the Sedins and they will crumble.

Maybe he's just slow? I don't know about Iggy anymore, he is always stick handling excessively, why does he do that?

Holy cripes, why the hell is Comeau and Tanguay even bother showing up in Vancouver for the game? Man, nobody is skating out there except for TJ Brodie.

Unacceptable decision by Hartley to keep his fourth line out against the Sedins on the third goal. Not smart.

Van is outplaying us in pretty much all aspects of the game, Irving has been keeping this score as close as it is, Schneider could be having a nap right now.
