it's like a professional facebook. Supposed to link you to other in similair industries, essentially it's networking.

It might be useful if you pay attention to it and use it. But then again, I have a buddy that is on it all the time and he has been unemployed for 2 years.....so who knows.

Not that I'm putting them in the same category, but why not the option of putting a sports team's logo on the license plate? It's an option in Manitoba, that comes with a cost. Why can't there be an exception for this, as well?

Im looking for a good place to get into a boxing class, prefereably in the NW. Not kick-boxing, muaythai or MMA or anything. Just want boxing. I'm in pretty good shape and have a few of the boxing basics from my dad, but I'm mostly untrained. Just feel like punching some stuff/people.

What is the purpose of steel plates on the roadway during construction projects (a few of these were recently removed at the 22X/Deerfoot Trail construction area and I thought they covered up some crack or hole in the concrete but it's smooth as can be). So....why?

Distributes the weight of heavy equipment as it crosses the road so there isn't damage to the existing surface.

I remember when I was in Florida there were these license plates with the Jaguars, Dolphins, Magic, Lightning, etc logos. I thought those were pretty neat.

I live in a duplex, my unit is 4 guys, and there's another unit with 2 guys 2 girls I believe, and it seems the girls love to leave their laundry in the washer/dryer for hours on end after the cycle is done. Is it acceptable for me to take it out and leave it on top of the dryer if I need to do my laundry? I'm usually reasonable and will wait for half an hour or an hour to see if they are going to move their laundry, but I can't be waiting all day to do it either...

Yes it is.

It is also acceptable to start taking one pair of female panties everytime you are faced with this situation.

Of course you could just mention it to them, that their leaving the stuff in the dryer/washer is a pain.

Yeah, I've tried. They're never home. It's like they only come here to put their laundry in the machine and then they take off again.

Yup, take it on out.

If you're around and notice they're active and doing it at time, of course leave it for a bit.. but taking it out is perfectly acceptable. Steal a pair of panties as punishment as well.

I got yelled at from a girl for taking her clothes out of the dryer after 3 hours of sitting in there.

She was out of line. Any time a washer/dryer is shared, it is perfectly acceptable to take clothes out of the machine once the cycle is done. It's usually a bad idea to put someone's stuff in the dryer, though. Shrink something, and suddenly the person is pissed.
Unattended clothes in shared machines is d-bag. People that do it should be happy their clothes are on top of the dryer, and not kicked in the corner on the floor.

I sure hope you yelled back. 3 hours is ridiculous.
