If The Claw wins his court case for whatever reason, ten dollars says that if his lawyer goes for a high-five with him he misses and goes right through
Well, I'm thinking he never expected the owner to see him again since the photographic evidence was not taken by the owner but another forum member that saw him driving by Chinook and quickly snapped the pic. What luck!
Oh I know. I'm just wondering what the average success rate is in stealing a car, then just pretending it's yours and getting away with it forever. I'd imagine it doesn't work very well, and if you factor in that this wasn't just any car that'll blend in....I just can't imagine that somebody would assume that it might work.

Especially with a distinct feature such as "The Claw". That kid is not so bright. Seriously, if you are going to commit GTA, don't steal a rare car, don't have any distinctive features, and certainly do not drive it around like you own the damn thing.
These kids today are none to bright.

I'm too lasy to read all 30 pages of the thread, but from what I gather events unfolded like this:
-Guy posts details about stolen car
-Poster spots car, takes picture of driver and passenger
-Another poster finds matching picture on facebook and gets address of theif
-Another poster find address, blocks the car in and calls the cops
-Cops come and arrest theif
Is that basically it?
The arrest video was filmed by the car owner and posted to youtube.
