Control the narrative.
Win = points in 8 of the last 10 games.
Lose = lost 6 of the last 7

Tommy's is the best. Can't remember if they have TVs though.

The Canadian Brewhouse just opened up a location in Banff. Haven’t been to that location yet and I’m generally not a big fan of CBH but it’s usually a decent place to watch a game.

San Jose has points in 4 of its last 5. CGY has 1 win in its last 6.

We are definitely the underdog here, and we need a big effort

Go to High Rollers Bowling and Beer Hall on the main drag in Banff! Relatively new, have been there with friends before and had a blast. Great pizza/food/beer selection, they have TV's as well. Bowl in between periods if you're so inclined, too. Or laugh at other terrible bowlers (at your own risk though) while having a pint.

Glad Philips is getting some quality bench time!! Great development for prospects that are leading the AHL in scoring to be called up and just sit on the bench!

He was also the only player, it seemed, in the summer, that wanted to come (back) to the Flames when fans were in the midst of depressing news from their 2 biggest stars.

He's 25 in 3.5 months not 18.

The development is likely done.

Now it's deployment, which is certainly an argument, but I'm sure he'd rather be up and in the press box than still in the AHL.

Banff avenue brewing company has a decent amount of tv’s. If it is still on the menu the meatloaf is amazing!

If Tanev is back why did they call up a D?

Zohorna must be injured, he has been the best solution on the 4th line C so far this year.

We got lucky last season with injuries, looks like not so much this year.

The decision to call someone up would have been made yesterday. They likely weren't certain on Tanev playing tonight until after this morning's skate. And Zadorov was likely an uncertainty as of yesterday as well.

I do think it is interesting that they kept Phillips up and sent Zohorna down.
