Haha I liked Doughty in that interview. You can tell he actually likes Chucky.

Take off your homer glasses and rewatch the last minute. And then go eat some more apples.

I think only the play that knocked the puck into the net is reviewable, and not the high stick that should have blown the play down

Jankowski looks like he doesn't give a s***. Just goes through the motions.
Bennett doing Bennett things, taking another stupid penalty.
Lucic sparked the team, game completely shifted after.
Chucky is a beast, the heart on that kid.
Anderssen and Kylington are going to be awesome this year.

I think you can play the puck below your shoulder but the high stick on a goal must be below the bar.
Weird high stuck rules.

Loved Tkachuk's game. And the third D pairing. And Lucic's effort. Rittich tried his best but had no help for 25 minutes. Not that impressed with the rest.

Well, considering Chucky’s second was clearly a high stick, thankful for the point?

Czarnik can be sent down easily.
But I think it might be Quine in for Jankowski.

I am SO glad the Canucks whiffed on that draft. I would absolutely HATE Chucky if he was playing for the Nucks, partially stemming from jealousy. What a player!

Next time people complain that coaches don't give Bennett enough ice time, think back to this game. A player needs more to his game than jam if he wants to earn the trust of NHL coaches.

Seems like I have a different opinion on Brodie than most people here. He didn't have a bad game and made some clutch plays tonight. That being said he is a complete rogue out there and I have no idea iow anyone can play on the other side of the ice with him. He is completely unpredictable and unreliable as a defense partner, you never know where he will be on any given play. He made a norris trophy defenseman play second fiddle because he was so fixated on chasing the play.
When the flames needed a goal, he was on the bench in favor of Andresson, but asking him to take Anderssons role on the third pairing would be a disaster trying to develop kylington or anyone else. He made Hamonic look terrible.
His risk/reward jsit doesnt add up.

Its more the loves Bennett Crowd is really vocal in favour when he plays ok, and the Bennett is a whipping boy crowd wants to shoot him into the sun when he has a rough game. Very polarizing player.
Just see him for what he is, an energetic 3rd liner and be ok with it.
