Bouma will never score 20 goals. Even if he manages to stay healthy for a full year, he'll probably never get anywhere near his 16 from last year again.

Who can tell? The former Flame that Bouma reminds me of most is Chris Clark. A couple of years after the Flames traded Clark away, he activated god mode and scored 30 goals in a season. (And then scored only 18 in his last four NHL seasons combined.)

But yeah, I agree that 16 was probably his career year.

God Mode = Playing with Ovechekin/Zubrus.

We could put Bouma out there with Gaudreau and he could get 20, but I don't think that would help the team.
