I'd like to see the fans sustain a long chorus of boos when the opposing team is on the powerplay. Interrupted by cheers when the Flames dump the puck of course. But get back to the sustained booing when the Canucks (or anyone else) is trying to set up again.

I do like switching to the occasional "let's go FLA-Ames, *clap clap, clap clap clap". I find the GO FLAMES GO tends to wear people out and doesn't last that long since its nonstop shouting with no breaks.
Duelling " let's go Fla-ames" with "go flames go" during the clap portion would be cool to hear.
Would love to have Willie Joosen help lead cheers at the start of some face offs. I know this do this in LA, ny, philly. The crowds can get quiet at times and need a reminder to cheer.

If Sven is to be taunted, I think we can be more creative than mere name-calling. How about going after the reason he never made it here...(there's)"THREE ZONES BAERTSCHI!"
Or, to really mess with the poor kid's emotions - cheer him. Cheer him every time he touches the puck, then Boo when he passes - cheer again when he gets it back.
I was hearing "Let's Go, Schlemko!" a few times on Sunday night. It wasn't dome-wide but it was definitely higher up in the sections behind the benches where that chant was emanating from.
I'm not a fan of the idea of the never quit chant. Can't put my finger on why. I wouldn't hate it though.
It reminds me too much of a forced corporate slogan chant. It's got that awkward "Eh Oh Canada Go" vibe to it, imo. And I guess the fact that it actually is an official slogan for the Flames has something to do with that.
Starting chants at the dome can be difficult, but due to the amount of fans on this site, it might be a bit easier to organize.
I have an idea for a chant which, IMO, would sound great given the context.
After a goal against (especially if going down two) the crowd should come back with NEVER QUIT instead of go flames go.
It personifies the team and the mantra.
Go Flames Go will always break out at different parts of the game and I don't want to screw with that. But if we could start the NEVER QUIT chant after goals against I think it would be just awesome and it would have a much larger impact on our players.
