I can't believe he said that with a straight face.

I'm hoping for a Flames win by blowout, but the pragmatist in me thinks it'll be a close one just because Edmonton does have some potent offense, and Calgary's defense is meh.

What do they think they're gaining by blowing smoke up those kids asses at this point? They're like those horrible parents that are so concerned with being their children's friends that they refuse to discipline them.

Those kids that finish 29th out of 30th in the race but the parents shower them with praises and gifts saying you're the best?

Doesn't matter if you win or lose, as long as you had fun.

Oilers; #1 in participation ribbons

This is probably the pre-game pump up song for the Oilers. It fits in with their stuck in the 80's mindset.

I'll be watching the game tonight with a bunch of Oiler fans. They'll be insufferable if they win - please hockey god don't let that happen!

I think if we win he should just say "Rebuilds off the rails boys" in the style of Ricky from the Trailer Park Boys over and over.

LOL if Edmonton Gets there match up Bouma won't see Ference at all.
I know on every other team in the league Ference was a 5/6/7.
But in Edmonton he is a #1 and he plays against other teams top lines.

I can't imagine Hartley will bother trying to match lines against their D pairs.

Oh good god Eakin's Rob Ford is starting to worry about you and is recommending a trip to rehab.

A terrible coach, who when he opens his mouth sounds dumber then a cardboard box.

People really want a pre-game eh? Disgraceful analysis by Kypreos and Marek.

Hall should be in consideration for Team Canada.
Yapukov is awesome and does many things great... comparisons to Kovalchuk and Ovechkin.
Oh yah and we might as well talk about the Flames for 30 seconds
Not a laughing stock in the NHL like so many expected... well guess who are? Oh yah the same losers you've just been praising for the last 10 minutes.

Kypreos: Flames hater, Coiler apologist extraordinaire.

This pregame makes me want to throat punch someone.

Will we get the same media fapping once we get our next two lottery picks or is that just an Oilers thing?

Maybe Katz owns some Rogers stock that's off the record.

Do we have a confirmed starter from the flames? Sportsnet just had ramo in their projections.
