They should've just kept the same logo and went with the jersey change. Jerseys are nice, logo, meh.

I think it looks like something from EA Sports "Create a Team".

Lol. Better then "DALLAS" across their jerseys. I hate jerseys that have the city name on them.

Man, those jerseys were one of my favorites! I loved them.

I think the new ones look atrocious.

Those and the Ducks logo honestly both looked like something I would have designed in elementary school, when we had that word art program installed. Just brutal.

You are correct about the the 6:00 pm (1800h) start times, it is for TSN scheduling. The Habs visit the Flames first and then the Leafs come on the last Wednesday of the month.

Looks like they'll be visiting Ottawa on a Sunday afternoon...should work for me!

I wish they would play in Montreal an a weekend for once...I would love to do a little trip there to watch the Flames at the Bell Centre

Even a grade 6er would have been able to fit that D inside the star. Talk about a logo fail. That star now now has 6 points to account for the bottom left of the D.

when i saw the metropolitan division name i thought of the classic sports car:

Nice the schedule maker to start the flames off with a potential stanley cup finals matchup.

Look at who the opposition is...it's probably pandering to the Leafs and Habs so that their fans don't have to stay up past their bedtime!

Yeah, that's the problem. I was hoping for a February/March 2014 west coast trip, not in 2013.

Only one game in Nashville? crapolla!

I'm going to two Gator games this year so maybe I can get some extra time to go to Calgary for a game this year.

While I wouldn't boo him, he deserves his moment with the fans prior to puck drop. After that, until and unless he returns in Flames silks, he is the opposition and nothing more. Not certain about a standing O. Maybe that should wait for his Flames return (most likely for a jersey retirement).
