I would think third party serial killer before 2 mafia kills. So I think the SK killed Mario. It doesn't make sense to kill a guy that was just listed as suspicious by this new power.
Bizaro makes more sense as most people seemed to believe he was town. It makes sense for the mafia to kill the most town people. People who have suspicions levelled against them make for good places to hide.

Delgars theory relies on two mafia being the killer and not a 3rd party and and mafia.

And Donkey Kong and Bowser being the most important characters behind Mario.
With Pikachu and Link in this game?

Huge difference.
I'm not defending Puxlut, she may or may not be scum. But your logic of "Mario and Donkey Kong died, let's kill Bowser" is what has pushed me towards you (over the other people who cast the hammer/ wanted it to be casted).
|
I cast a vote, posted some reasons for discussion. Just like for squiggs. That's far different from killing... it will take a few days to reach consensus. I think squiggs is possibly mafia.... and I think the same about Puxlut. I'm by no means saying Puxlut is where everyone's votes should go, and I put my reasons out for debate. I'm open to changing my vote, as I did on day 1. That you don't agree with my reasons is not reason to think I'm also mafia. I'm doing far more than many others who are flying under the radar right now. I'm the only one who tried to make sense out of the mafia's kill choices, whether I am right or wrong. Why is no one else analyzing what the known bad guys have done?
Anyway, I've put out my reasons so far for squiggs and puxlut. If others carry on with those, great. If not, I'll also look elsewhere. You've made your point and if others agree they can put their votes on me as you have. When I flip town, the mafia will smile and whoever joined you will have to consider which of the votes for me were mafia and which were town.

Seriously, give the Pikachu thing a break. I just googled it and see it has something to do with pokemon, which I also know nothing about other than its a game kids play. I didn't even know pokemon was nintendo.
Link... certainly iconic to me as well.

That we can agree on. I'm just not sure what you're doing is town-aligned at this point.

There's also Sonic, and if he's still too new for you there's Pac-Man!
This most important gaming character, or most iconic or whatever is a wild goose hunt that should not have lead anyone to Bowser. So not only do I disagree with your logic about it, I simply don't believe it.

Pac-Man is Midway. Sonic is Sega. What's your point?

Haven't completely read up but wanted to agree with the statement that mafia members in the groups is now looking likely. I didn't think so many members would be added so fast (looking like one eternals each day and one guardians each night). I'll have to rethink my theory on GP Matt

If both of you are town, mafia are just sitting back and laughing at us. I do agree with D... We need to look at what the scum have done. And maybe let some other people post instead of sitting in the dark watching this tennis match.

Where did you mention nintendo in your original reasoning? Another inconsistency. The entire logic is flawed in my opinion, but even trying to follow it doesn't make sense to vote for Puxlut.

I'm engaged an issue of my own apparent making right now, but I did want to look at this, I just don't have time right now. Why is it likely that mafia members are in those groups? I can't tell one way or another yet.

Where I struggle with the logic is that nothing has led us to believe there are one mafia faction with two kills per night.
Giving one faction two kills a night would be a huge numerical advantage for the mafia.
With two factions or a SK there is a chance that they will hit each other. There is also a chance that we will eliminate one earlier in the game thereby slowing down the kill rate. If one unified group has two kills per night we are in a lot of trouble.

The spotlight on me is fine for now, I put the vote out on you to do the same (backfired!). If others agree with Oling they can vote and that's where things will go. I'll be defending myself the entire time. Oling is like a dog with a bone right now and everyone has to decide if he's showing townie behaviour or otherwise. If he's mafia, he knows my status already, and going so hard probably wouldn't help him if I do flip town, so I tentatively think he's not mafia, but its rare to see this kind of chase over what I think is a silly reason, so he could be mafia trying to drum up support from the town.

I don't mean they are necessarily present yet. I just mean their presence is inevitable based on how many players have been added. Looks like it will be 2 per day, so if it was only townies, it would become clear rather quickly who the mafia are. I am quite unsure now about the alignment of starseed, Matt and ECF. Hopefully I can provide some analysis later on today or on the weekend.

I have been saying from the start that I think the group is orientation neutral. I don't know why I think that, but Starseed seems to agree with me in not trusting each other. I think the game would be too simple if we were all aligned one way or the other and the membership kept growing and remained visible.

So looking at Oling's list of quick lynch supporters I found ECFs name interesting. I had thought that he was relatively inactive this game. He's actually the 4th most active poster. All of the other people in the top 7 or 8 posters I could have told you who they were voting for and why. With ECF I was quite clueless.
Does anyone else see ECF as flying under the radar?

I don't agree it's silly reasons. You were on of maybe 5 people at the end pushing to lynch someone who ended up town before giving him his final post. That in itself made me suspicious of you, Baxter Renegade, Girly Sport, East Coast Flame and mrkajz44 who seemed to rush his death along. Not giving him a chance to use a potential power seems to only be to the benefit of the mafia.
You had the added bonus of "forgetting to vote" and "accidentally" adding up the votes.
The next day, if you we try and follow your logic, the 2 most iconic characters died so we should go after Bowser as he might have the best power. But only Mario was the most iconic, the other could have been Sonic, Pikachu, Link, Pac-Man, and probably a couple other characters. And all of those could be "the most iconic mafia member" but you chose Bowser.
When questioned you come up with the excuse that it can only be nintendo out of no where?
I completely disagree with the idea that we had to rush the lynch and not give him a chance to post in the evening. I completely disagree with your logic that Bowser is the next most iconic character in this game, or that it even matters. If I don't agree with your logic, you become suspicious to me.
