I enjoy beer, A LOT, so much that I consume more than a case of beer a week and I believe this is completely acceptable.

Not every passionate MMA fan wears Affliction, Tapout or any other cheesy UFC apparel.

Before selective logging was replaced by clearcutting, back in the 60's, you could go back in every 25 or so years and do more logging. It reduced the fire hazard, and was a much more sustainable operation. Mind you the forest companies are listening to some extent, and are starting to do a combination of clearcutting and selective logging in the cutblocks.
Yeah, that's what I said, rape the land.

Most don't. In fact I hate wearing even Flames stuff any more outside the saddledome. I find most sports apparel worn outside of that setting Silly.

I saw some douchy Oiler fan in the middle of July with an Oilers hat, and an Oilers jersey on, in July. It's silly.

Is that accurate?

Oh, and my unpopular opinion: I think that intense interrogation techniques should be permitted against people with confirmed involvement in terrorist organizations.
Yeah, I suppose I crossed the line with this.

I was expecting people to understand the connotative aspect of me declaring deep south Americans as racist, but people wouldn't look past that to build an argument and I suppose I can't blame them.

I should probably choose my words more carefully, but oh well.

Well, that is the only time that they have a shot at the playoffs so it does make some sense.

Without the women behind them, men would be nothing.

I think the cooked heart and gizzard of a turkey is delicious.

Lots of vegetarians are only vegetarians for attention, and many eat meat in private.

Watermelon tastes like crap and I don't know why anyone likes it, it's disgusting.

Corn on the cob is gross. Having butter all over one's face and pieces of corn stuck in one's teeth is vile.

I think that men who weigh 220 lbs or more, and who are at least 6'1 are most attractive.

I hate Movember because the hockey players (for the most part), look horrible with mustaches. It reminds me of bad 70s porn.

I really like liverwurst.

Considering the source, I assumed the Captain just meant that like he likes receiving BJs, though I guess that's not really an unpopular opinion.

Calgary Transit is good, and not as horrible as everyone makes it out to be, despite it's obvious flaws

The funny & cool picture and video thread would be a lot better if it wasn't just the front page of reddit.

Apparently I'm the only person on twitter who hates all the Will Ferrell/Will Smith/*Insert Famous Actor Here* parody accounts on twitter. They just use the same old overused unfunny jokes as all the other ones, pisses me off when they show up on my twitter feed. Just as bad are the WTFFacts/OMGFacts etc. that just post made up BS that is clearly untrue like "Did you know getting hit in the nuts if over 9000 del (unit of pain) which is the same as breaking 19 bones at the same time" and somehow people believe it.

I don't think it's good that Canada boos the United States so vehemently in international hockey. It's embarrassing to boo our greatest trading partner and ally like that. I don't even like the US that much, but I think booing them is shameful. Yes, they are hockey rivals, but Canada doesn't boo Russia nearly as much for instance.

Radiohead is a terrible band. like Coldplay bad. and they pretty much started the hipster movement so for that alone the should be shot out into the cold blackness of space

Booing their anthem is shameful. Booing their team is legit.

This thread was interesting initially, but now reading about people arguing over what bands and musicians suck the most has made me spend more time watching people predict future flames lineups in the hockey forum.
