I'd be curious how we stack up compared to Edmonton. Similar labour crunches in the last 5 years or so.
According to Nenshi's numbers Edmonton has the highest cost per officer.

Makes sense that the cost is high in Alberta. Hard to compete with oil and gas wages.

The great thing about Nenshi is that all it takes is persuading someone to read the individual platforms and the result is inevitable; they become Nenshi supporters. I wish more people would read up on the candidates.
