And don't even get me started on the Braves and their free pass.
And does anyone see any of the AL East teams going anywhere anytime soon? Tampa might have the best team in MLB and they also have a top 3 farm system. The Yankees? The Red Sox? Those teams are almost always better than average at least if not contenders, and even if they have an off year are able to snap right back into contention. Hell, even Baltimore has what some rank as the #1 farm system in MLB now lol.

I will say in regards to the Braves, the fact that they are where they are without 3 of their top players for part or all of the year makes it a bit more reasonable.

Not when you think about if the Jays were in that spot they'd be right up there with SF and LA for the best record. The Jays having to play so many games against teams above .500 ...

It would be great if Buck Martinez could be part of the play by play crew today. It just doesn’t really feel right not having him involved.

Sounds like he's an antivaxxer and can't travel with the team or be permitted into any ballpark.

That’s such a shame.
At the very least get the guy in one some pre game or post game commentary.

What, you have no faith that the Phillies can go 4-0 the rest of the way, while the Braves go 0-4, then have to play Monday for their makeup game in Colorado, to set up a play-in game in Philly on Tuesday? You have no faith in that? Come on!

Has Judge's HR landed yet?
Holy crap. That may be top 5 for longest hit at Rogers....if i saw where it went correctly.

Statcast had that bomb at 455' but I think that is wrong. That one landed in the Westjet flight deck in straight centre field.

Ray hung it out a bit. He’ll warm up and be fine. Just just have to have plate discipline more than anything.

Small complaint, but who designed the size of the Heinz superimposed sign behind the ump? It’s covering the top of the bat. So intrusive.

There seems to be a jet stream going out to centre field tonight. A couple lazy fly balls going all the way to the track.

Smart that Montoyo let Bo go there. No harm in just trying to tie it.
